Primary geographic coverage includes King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kittitas, Grant, Chelan, and Douglas counties. Assignments outside this primary service area may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on property type and scope of work. When an assignment falls outside the appraiser’s geographic competency or service area, a professional referral list is available upon request.
